:: my fatal chaostic gastric
i have just recover from my painful sad stomach-gastric.
i do love my tummy. i ate a lot in time. but sometimes not in duty due to lazybones and unexpected situation.
honestly, i respect my ex-roommate for being so discipline in taking their meals everytime the lunch and dinner time rotating everyday.
they rarely seeing me ate rice and so they had a bunch of advices to do as mouth exercisers every single day.

p/s : actually i’m not so into my room asĀ its level is so damn sky crawlers. haha! i ate much much much whether at food court or canteen. BINGO sis,mystery solved ;)
ouh..and so back to my current situation. (ehem.ehem!)
i’m getting used to my gastric pain so i knew the difference between normal stomach ache and gastric pain. i start feeling unwell from the moment abah stoped our car at station petronas to pray Maghrib. then when all business and mission to KK accomplished,we had our dinner at Restoran Taufik 2.
i had my yummy bakso ayam mi kuning and i added a lot of preservation. actually i can’t,but i do. and i get a reply for my obstinate. SAKIT TAHAP NAGA.
after having the dinner,i had teh tarik with garlic and a glass of warm water with garlic. i think its gonna work as garlic known for ages as efficiently relieves uncomfortable stomach.

then at home i wrestling with myself on my bed. i had such painful gastric not so ever. ( cuz i’ve had much more painful)
i consumed my medicine but i vomitting again and again. and my dinner comes priceless.adoh!adoh!.
then with energy left,i sms my mom “umi buatkan susu”
i drank it and my chubby lil brother sent a warm water tumbler TUAM KAT PERUT. it really,really works. :D
then i google about ‘her’ and i found this.

cara makan yg betul adalah, makan sedikit tetapi kerap…dont eat food too much …try to save some of them to the next meal.(jgm lama sngt tkot basi)…cara ni memberi masa yg cukup untuk perut hadam makanan, tp jg dapat mengekalkan badan yg “SLIM”..haha…makan banyak skali jalan akan membuat perut jadi buncit…argh!!
apa2 pun…dlm masa2 makan ni…hari aku x bermaya tanpa SARAPAN PAGI..waaw!!
gastric bahaya klu berlarutan…..truk klu jadi ulser…pe pon…rajin2 arr pegi makan….kesihatan adalah salah satu perkara yang kita tak boleh beli dgn wang….
aku pulak jarang makan pagi.kalau makan pagi aq mual. masa aq kerja dulu pun aq sarapan air susu je.
erm..yeke? perangai aq ni mcm unta.
skali makan banyak skaligus.
skali minum sebotol besar.
air mst ada kat mana2 aq pegi. =.=”
hahahaha…..papon….baca bnyak2 pasal cara makan yg betul…
ramai org abaikan pasal ni..hehe…:)
